What is a building automation system?
A building automation system (BAS), also called a building management system (BMS), centrally controls and monitors HVAC equipment. It manages schedules, temperatures and ventilation, and alerts your team when something needs attention.
Can you work with our existing controls?
Yes. We assess your current system and recommend whether to optimize, extend, integrate or replace it. Many buildings get more value from improving an existing system than from starting over.
How does building automation reduce energy costs?
